With its monolithic form, the building honors the purity of the mission undertaken by the Foundation. Its envelope made of earth a tribute to traditional building techniques used in Morocco. It rests on what might be called a scum of stainless steel which will aim to generate an optical disorder comparable to that of a mirage in the desert and to ensure energy independence and climate of the building. The building is both an exhibition space for contemporary art and a home for artists.
